Can You Really Be Addicted to Video Games?

It's not far-fetched at all.

A typical gamer in the United States spends 12 hours playing each week. Thirty-four million Americans play an average of 22 hours per week. About 60 percent of gamers have neglected sleep to keep playing. About 40 percent have missed a meal. Somewhere around 20 percent have skipped a shower.

At what point does it become a reason for concern?
